Eyevis UK Ltd Quality Policy

It is the Company policy of Eyevis UK Ltd., to continually meet and exceed customer requirements profitably. In this way we will ensure the company's future prosperity.

To this end the Company will institute a quality control system which complies with EN BS ISO 9001 (formerly BS 5750: Part 1.)

All staff will make themselves familiar with Company Quality Procedures and comply with them.

Eyevis UK Ltd Quality System

All large screen display system products supplied by Eyevis UK Ltd are manufactured by Eyevis GmbH at their ISO9001 approved manufacturing facility. Eyevis UK provides a detailed evaluation of the client needs on a project by project basis and recommends an appropriate system design based upon the modular, off the shelf Eyevis equipment, including display systems; display processors; control software and relevant services. Once a contract has been agreed and entered into, Eyevis UK procures the equipment from Eyevis GmbH; carries out and project manages all the necessary activities to prepare for an efficient, professional and on time installation; arranges the delivery of the system after acceptance testing direct from manufacturing to the end user site and supports the client with the agreed level of services, from complete installation and commissioning to supervision of installation.

The Quality System used by Eyevis UK Limited to carry out these processes is described within the Quality Manual and in detail in the Quality Procedures Section

Administration and maintenance of the Quality System is carried out by Eyevis UK Ltd with the support of their retained quality assurance consultants, QHS Solutions Ltd.

A copy of the Eyevis UK Ltd Quality Manual can be provided to clients during project discussions.
